Paying for a higher education can really bleed you dry. This is only natural considering the fact that most of us lack a high paying career when we head off to a University. Chances are you have some part time job and hopefully a small grant to assist your broke lifestyle. Well imagine how much more expensive it can get when you venture off to take courses overseas. Talk about out-of-state tuition. This is more like out-of-country tuition. Cost of living can get pretty pricey depending on where you select a school. I always preferred grants and scholarships to government loans. I'll give you one guess as to why. Hmm, I wonder. Not necessarily bad, but different in the fact that they are indeed a loan. This means you will be paying the government back, and with a little interest. Don't get too discouraged. It's nothing like credit card interest. With international student loans it's commonly much lower. At least our government realizes that we are in college and broke. Credit card companies could care less.
