As it turned out, she was pleased with the final product but she was really taken back by how long the whole process took. She also thought that I should learn how to accept credit card payment in order to conduct business on a professional level. She loved the drawing but my business approach was beyond reproach according to her experience.
Having had the negative experience in the consignment shop (I haven't been back to the store) made me realize that I might be losing potential customers just because I don't know how to accept credit card payment online. If I want to progress my business to the next stage, I need to do a little research.
Every now and again I pass the consignment shop and I saw that the business was closing. The merchant might still be in business if he learned how to accept credit card payment for his customers. I think that I need to learn the same lesson as well.
