I don't know if you still do New Year's resolutions. Many people give them up as they grow older. They get tired of the endless cycle of failure, so they decide not to even try. This year, however, I am going for it. i want to lose wieght, and have wanted to for more than a year now. I am far from my ideal body wieght - my physician told me that I was at least 50 pounds over. Although I don't know how to lose weight, I suspect that it involves diet and pills. If that is all that you need, hook me up! Even though i want to lose wieght, I haven't always felt this way. For a long time, I was in denial about how far I was my ideal body wieght. I told myself that I was just big boned, said that I had a soft and comfortable body - all of the usual lies that people tell themselves when they're afraid to see how fat they are. Now, however, I am sick of it all. I want to lose weight, and I want to lose weight fast. I want to be slim, attractive, and irresistible.
